In preparation for the state-level contest, they learned about Mason Kraft Heinz’s critical control points and measures they have in place to ensure their products are safe. The team also toured the facility, which produces and packages several sauces for food service. Members were able to see various machines utilized in production as well as some of the safety measures that ensure their products are safe.
