All parents, guardians, & grandparents of a child in the Felicity-Franklin Schools can be members of our PTO.   Your comments & questions are welcome. The Felicity-Franklin PTO can always use some new and fresh ideas. It is a great forum to talk about your ideas & suggestions. We have time for open discussion at the end of the meetings.  We raise money each year and only some people decide how it is spent. Come to a meeting and help decide where that money is spent.
