Dear Cardinal Families,
Felicity Franklin Local Schools is pleased to be partnering with the Clermont County Public Health Department (CCPH) to provide COVID-19 immunizations to eligible students, their families, and members of the community at our school. The purpose of this letter is to provide you with the details of the clinic process.
CCPH will be offering the Pfizer vaccine ( For the Pfizer vaccine Emergency Use Authorization fact sheet, please go to http://bit.ly/PfizerEua). The Pfizer vaccine is given as a two-dose series, with 21 days between the first and second doses. CCPH will facilitate the administration of both doses. People receiving their first dose at the school clinic will be automatically scheduled for their second dose. First doses will not be administered at the second dose clinic.
CCPH will be conducting the immunization clinics at our school on the following dates and times:
∙ Location: Felicity-Franklin High School, please park in the High School Lot
**Enter through the main high school entrance
∙ Dates: 5/3/2021 for first dose
5/24/2021 for second dose
∙ Times: Vaccinations given from 3:30p -- 6:00p
REGISTRATION: Please register in advance by downloading the ArmorVax application to register.
