Fourth graders got a little crazy while acting out their vocabulary words...MOVE TO LEARN!
We start each day with a morning meeting to create a classroom family and community. Each day we greet each other, have share time and finish the meeting with an activity. Today we played "The Voice"!

Congratulations to the lady Cardinal tennis team on its 4-1 win over Bethel today. Winning matches were 1st, 2nd and 3rd singles and 2nd doubles: Faith Masminster, Savannah Metzger, Emma Vittoz, Briley Idlett and Alex Addis. Everyone played well tonight.

5th graders completed chlorophyll paintings as part of their photosynthesis lessons!
A special thanks to several of our high school band students and band director Ms. Ward for taking the time to perform and teach our 5th graders about their instruments as well as what it's like to be in band. The 5th graders really enjoyed it! It was a great teaching/learning moment!

Last year's 5th graders planted seeds in our science garden beds and things really took off over the summer! Current 5th graders picked the produce and thanks to our wonderful cafteria staff who helped us prepare it, we were able to serve watermelon to 4th, 5th & 6th grade students at lunch last week😯, and cucumbers as well! We forgot to take pics of them chowing down, but here are some pics of their garden picking!
