We are very blessed to be opening the Healthsource School-based health center at Felicity-Franklin Local Schools. This center was at no cost to the school, they are just using empty office space. There are several ways the clinic can be used.
1) Our school nurse can refer to them for sick children at school. The parent would be contacted and with permission and a consent on file, your child could be seen during school hours.
2) You can also make an appointment to come with your child outside of school hours.
3) You can still maintain a primary care physician and use the clinic as an urgent care.
4) Healthsource will be able to do sports physicals and give vaccinations.
5) They take most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. They also use a sliding scale if you do not have insurance.
The clinic is not just open to students, but community members. It will be open Monday-Friday. Every person using the facility will need to complete the attached consent form. Feel free to send the consent with your child to school. The clinic is now taking appointments. The opening day is Monday, November 14, 2022. Everyone is invited to the ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, November 16 from 4-6. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at bairdk@felicityohioschools.org or you can call Healthsource directly at 513-429-7330.

The winter athletic preseason meeting and meet the team night will be Wednesday November 16 at 6:00 in the High School Auditeria. This will be for all middle school and high school winter athletes.
