Good Afternoon Cardinal Families. During the holiday break, the district is still expected to track and manage positive COVID-19 cases, as well as required quarantines for close contacts. If your student(s) or anyone in your household test positive for COVID 19, or are exposed to someone who has tested positive at any time during the break, please call the district COVID 19 reporting line at (513) 876-2113 and follow these procedures: 1. Select a building from the menu 2. Select option 1 3. Leave a message with the details of positive a test or exposure (e.g., test date, exposure date). The district does not need any identifying information for the confirmed COVID-positive person to whom your student(s) were exposed. All messages will go directly to Tiffany Peron’s (district nurse) office phone. She will check messages periodically during the break and will make contact with the individual reporting and/or the health department, as necessary. I wish you all a safe and happy holiday!
