The cross country team is starting open runs next Tuesday, June 24th @9:00 am to beat the heat. Times may vary depending on scheduled workout, but will typically be at least 1 hr. and 30 minutes long.
We will meet outside the highschool gym (not the competition gym), the one by the MS/HS office.
Sometimes we may meet at other locations (Washington Township Park, Chilo Park Nature Trail, etc., TBA.
In general, our open runs will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am. I encourage runners to also run on their own. I can speak individually with each athlete about specific individual training specifics.
See you at 9:00am on Tuesday, 6/24 @ the Highschool Gym.
