Next Tuesday, October 20th will be ACT Prep day at FFHS. At a young age, it is often really difficult to know what your future plans might actually be. Even if you think you know, you'll probably change your mind, or you'll need to change your mind to be successful in an ever-changing world. Doing your best on the ACT test can help you create more possibilities and find the right school or trade. To help you prepare for anything it is best that you practice first! So, FFHS is dedicating valuable time to helping you do just that.
8th & 9th Grade students will be taking the ACT Aspire test on their Chromebooks.
10th Grade will be taking the Pre-ACT (Paper Test just like the ACT, but tuned into where sophomores should be).
11th Grade will be taking a Practice ACT/the Torch Launch Test (paper) and will be participating in the Torch Prep ACT Test sessions in February, just prior to the actual ACT.
OCTOBER 20th, NO SCHOOL for Class of 2020 SENIORS attending FFHS who have completed and turned in to Mrs. Baird either:
2 Job applications or 2 College applications
OR
1 Job application & 1 College application

Counselor Quote if the Day: Keep going. It won't always be this overwhelming.
