A new fall tradition in Principles of Food classes: pumpkin prepping, puree, pepitas, pancakes and eventually....pie!! (P was the letter of the week 😉)


The students in the FCS Child Development class sponsored the Teal Pumpkin Project which promotes a food allergy safe Halloween. All treats were peanut/tree nut free!
