Counselor Quote of the Day: Failure is a reality; we all fail at times, and it’s painful when we do. But it’s better to fail while striving for something wonderful, challenging, adventurous, and uncertain than to say, ‘I don’t want to try because I may not succeed completely.”
7-12 grade report cards for the 2nd quarter will be sent home on Monday. Students and parents can view those grades currently by logging into Progress Book.
Congratulations to our newest member of the Cardinal Kudos Club!

8th grade Lady Cards played a tough game but came up short by 1 to Hamersville.

Mrs. Peck's 1st graders used the strategy of carousel to review rules in different areas of our school. They took turns discussing, reading, and writing on each poster about the rules and expectations in each area. They had a great time collaborating and working together!

Close game for the 8th grade girls.

7th grade Lady Cards come out on top over Hamersville tonight!!

Middle school boys ready for tip off!

Early Dismissal POSSIBLE Tomorrow Due to Weather Advisory
Good Afternoon Cardinal Family,
It was nice to welcome everyone back to school today after the extended holiday break!
A winter weather advisory for our area is expected to take effect tomorrow late morning. These midday weather events can be especially difficult to manage due to cold temperatures and quickly deteriorating road conditions.
To plan ahead in case the weather predictions are accurate, we want to let you know about the possibility of an early dismissal tomorrow. Junior high and high school students would dismiss around 11:00 AM, and elementary students would dismiss at noon. Please make arrangements to ensure someone is available to receive or pick-up your child(ren) at these times.
Students who receive weekend meal bags were sent home with them today in case of schedule changes tomorrow.
We are monitoring the weather closely and will share updates as soon as possible. Our top priority is the safety of students and staff while giving families enough time to prepare for any changes.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Bob Walker, Superintendent
