Dear Cardinal Community, Welcome back to a new and exciting school year at Felicity-Franklin Jr./Sr High School . I hope this message finds you all rested, rejuvenated, and ready to embark on another year of learning and growth. As we begin this journey together, I want to extend a special welcome to our new families who are joining us for the first time. We are thrilled to have you as part of our school community and look forward to getting to know you better. For Our Students: You are the heart of our school, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
