I was very honored to attend the Flying Pig Community Scholars Breakfast this morning where Joanna Hamilton was awarded a $20,000 scholarship for her membership on the track team and community service. Congratulations Joanna.
Along with the rest of the track team, the
throwers competed well at West Union despite the gloomy weather. Special shout-outs to Daniel Fox and Emma Vittoz for new personal bests in the shot put and Andru Preston for a new personal best in the discus!

Track & Field Stars Shine Bright in the gloomy skies! Preston takes 3rd in the high jump. Conner, Preston, Jace & Westlee take silver in the 4x200. Emerson takes 2nd in the 400 & 3rd in the 200. Westlee brings home 3rd in the 100M Dash! Great performances by all!
